Kelly Thos Shay, recently referred to
by one of his clients as, "The Celtic Chef", is a
graduate of The Culinary Institute of America.
He resides in Bethlehem Pennsylvania with his
wife, Maura and their three children. Kelly Thos
has worked privately in peoples' homes, as the
Executive Chef of Sutton Place Gourmet in
Washington DC, and most recently as the
Executive Chef for Bethlehem Steel's Executive
Staff.
