Classes are held on the weekend afternoon or evening of your choice.

Classes are booked on a first come first serve basis.

Class size is from 1 - 20 people depending on kitchen size.

Each session is 3 - 5 hours in length, depending on the course subject, menu, and number of people attending. Fee starts at $100.00 per person (subject to minimums and travel charges)

Each class includes a generous sampling of the foods prepared.

All food is provided; class handouts include recipes.

50% payment is due at time of booking, balance is due 5 days prior to date. Fees are non-refundable but the class may be rescheduled. A 10% fee will be charged for rescheduling.

5 day advance notice for changes in number of people attending.

Gift certificates are available for any amount - unlike regular classes, gift certificates must be purchased in full.

Classes may occasionally be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of the business. If this is necessary, your enrollment will be transferred or refunded.
